Naturally Sommer.

Returning from a picnic in the park, Sommer’s natural, unforced style is highlighted by her much-loved pair of Converse and a halo of tousled blond hair. When asked to describe her look, Sommer shrugs, as if to discount the very idea, and says, “I’m just a throw-it together kinda girl.”

Don’t Step on My Blue Suede Moccasins.

Peasant top with delicate floral embroidery, framed by a loose-fitting jumper. In passing it could be easy to overlook the beautiful details that make this outfit sing, but it’s well worth the second glance. We wished we had more time with her, but she had to run. Maybe next time.

Pom Poms in the Park.

When we stopped Catherine, she said her only thought when getting dressed that morning was staying warm. The result was a confection of elegantly draped layers with dangling pom poms to boot—one of the most striking outfits of the day. Catherine confesses,
“I hold on to the Pom Pom when I need little lift.”
